Refund Policy

Soubby Contract Intelligence is operated by Fathia Soubaneh, an individual carrying on business in Ontario, Canada as a sole proprietorship under the registered Ontario business name “Soubby Contract Intelligence”. The service is provided at https://contractintel.ca. Any agreement with you is made with Fathia Soubaneh personally, carrying on business as Soubby Contract Intelligence.

The Free plan is free. We never charge for it.

No paid plan is currently offered, so no one can be charged. The terms below describe how refunds would work if a paid plan is launched; its price and terms would be announced before it could be purchased.

Regardless of the terms above:

• If we charge you by mistake, charge you twice, charge you after you have cancelled, or charge an amount different from what checkout showed, contact us. We will investigate and correct or refund the charge as appropriate.
• Partial-month refunds are not automatically provided when you cancel; you keep Pro until the end of the period you paid for.
• If you delete your account while subscribed, Pro access ends immediately, future renewals are cancelled, and no automatic partial-period refund is given, except where the law requires one.
• Refunds, cancellation rights and other remedies that applicable Ontario or Canadian law requires take precedence over this policy.

Email support@contractintel.ca from your account address with the date and amount of the charge. Please do not send card numbers. Refunds that are approved are issued through our payment processor, Stripe, to the original payment method.

You can cancel at any time. Cancelling stops future renewals and Pro continues until the end of the period you paid for, but it does not by itself refund a payment already made. See the Subscription & Cancellation Policy.
