Soubby Contract Intelligence
Cookies & Data Collection
We keep this simple: we use only what is needed to sign you in and keep the service working. We do not use advertising or analytics cookies.
Effective date: 2026-10-27
1. Cookies and browser storage we use
| Name | Type | Purpose | Required? |
|---|---|---|---|
sb-… (Supabase sign-in) | Cookie, set by this site | Keeps you signed in and refreshes your session securely. | Yes, only after you sign in |
contract-intelligence-auth-next-at | Browser local storage | Stores a time so repeated sign-in code requests are limited. | Yes, on the sign-in page |
Because these are strictly necessary to provide the service you asked for, we do not show a cookie banner. We do not currently count visits. If we ever add analytics or advertising that uses cookies or identifies visitors, we will update this page and ask for your consent first.
2. What we do not use
- No advertising cookies or trackers.
- No third-party analytics or session-recording tools.
- No visitor counting of any kind at present.
- No social-media tracking pixels.
3. Technical data collected automatically
Our hosting provider (Vercel) and database provider (Supabase) automatically process technical data such as IP address, browser type and request details to deliver, secure and troubleshoot the service. We do not build advertising profiles from this data.
4. Pages run by others
If you subscribe to Pro or manage a subscription, you are sent to pages hosted by Stripe (our payment processor) on Stripe’s own web addresses. Those pages are run by Stripe, not by us: Stripe sets its own cookies and similar technologies there, which Stripe describes as including those needed for security, fraud prevention and keeping its pages working. We do not set advertising or analytics cookies on those pages and cannot control or see Stripe’s cookies. See Stripe’s cookies policy. Our own site sets no extra cookies for checkout beyond the sign-in cookie listed above.
Links to CanadaBuys and other procurement sites go to services we do not control.
5. Your choices
You can clear cookies and site data in your browser at any time; you will be signed out. Blocking the sign-in cookie will prevent you from using your account. For how personal information is handled, see the Privacy Policy.
